★ Rolled Turkey Breast
A large single Turkey breast weighing around 3 kg to 3.5kg, stuffed with Orange, Chestnuts, and Slomers finest Sausage meat. It comes Vacuum Packed, ready to cook. They will be moist when cooked in the bag. All you have to do is pop them in a hot oven to brown them after cooking them in the bag. Any juice within the bag will be a good base for the gravy. Each are charged by weight and will feed 15 - 18 people depending on how hungry they are. This is what I will be having on Christmas day with the family. The price above is an estimate, based on a 3.5kg breast. It will be delivered to you on 24th December

★ Baked Salmon Side
A Fully Baked Fresh Scottish Salmon Side with Cucumber, Dill and Lemon. It weight 1.2kg before cooking gently in an oven. The platter will be collected after Christmas by arrangement, as it is not disposable. It will be delivered to you on the 24th December
