David has had a vast career in both the northern and southern hemispheres. Having trained as a Chef and started his career in Kent, he soon moved to London to expand his portfolio. Here he worked at a number of high end hotels and restaurants including the Ritz Casino in Piccadilly, The Roof Gardens and Intercontinental in Park Lane and The Chesterfield. He then became head chef for Barclays Investment Bank before emigrating to Australia, taking on various roles across Sydney's hot spots. Since returning to England David has continued to work at an executive level across the capital.
He has been lucky enough to cook for Her Majesty the Queen, Lady Diana Spencer, Richard Branson, Joan Collins, Sir Steve Redgrave, the England and Australian Rugby Union Teams, the Australian Cricket Team and too many more to list.
David is qualified to teach, has Nebosh qualification in Health and Safety, City and Guilds Chefs qualification and is currrenly studying nutrition and sustainability. In 2019 he was given the directors award for innovation and planetary health.
He is now using his global experience to bring dinner to yours.
